Exophthalmometry is an assessment that measures the position of the eyes in relation to the orbit. Very important in the diagnosis and monitoring of orbital diseases as well as in reconstructive and aesthetic surgical planning of the face. In this research, we compared an alternative digital photographic method to the traditional clinical method (Hertel) in relation to reproducibility and level of agreement to gold standard measures of Computed Tomography.
